Today, the firm has grown into a full service construction management and general contracting firm with a proven track record of success throughout the eastern United States. Hermosa’s vertical markets include Federal Construction, Healthcare and General Commercial Construction.
A combination of several factors such as internal financial success, consistent project delivery and successful partnerships, has enabled the company to increase its financial capacity to accommodate larger projects. Our successful partnership alliances allow us to work on the development of high profile projects at regional and national levels. Our collaboration with Clark Construction and Bell & Associates has resulted in the award of the new Nashville Convention Center, also known as the Music City Center, which is currently one of the largest new construction projects in the country. More recently, Hermosa partnered with The Whiting-Turner Contracting Company on the Renovation of the GSA Headquarters Building, which will be a model to follow for GSA and other federal agencies.
Throughout the years, Hermosa has experienced steady growth, with an evolving number of experienced management professionals and an extended field labor force of skilled professionals. In 2009 the firm obtained its SBA 8(a) Certification and opened the new Birmingham office, and in 2011 the Washington DC branch office was added.
