Gregory Page

As President & CEO of Hermosa Construction Group, Greg brings 19 years of experience in healthcare construction, with several years of specialized experience as a developer in healthcare real estate. Greg started his career with McDevitt Street Bovis in Bethesda, Maryland, where he was quickly introduced to inpatient medical construction at the Prince Georges County Level II Trauma Center, a project that involved renovation and expansion of  the existing ICU, CCU, and ED. From there he went on to serve as a Healthcare Project Engineer at Pepper Construction Company in Chicago. Continuing his focus in healthcare,  Greg was assigned to Rush Presbyterian St. Luke’s Hospital, where he managed multiple inpatient renovation projects on this 3-year/ $250 million Capital Improvement Program.

In addition, Greg also served as a Senior Project Manager for Healthcare Realty Trust, a Nashville based REIT. He has completed just under 1,000,000 sq ft of outpatient medical facilities across the country.  Prior to founding Hermosa, Greg served as Program Manager with Bovis Lend Lease /Healthcare Division in Nashville, managing the expansion of Park West Hospital in Knoxville, Tennessee. Greg earned a Bachelor Degree with concentration in Construction Management Technology and Environmental Science, from the University of  Maryland Eastern Shore. He believes that great vision without great people is irrelevant, and it is Greg's mission to provide exceptional service to every client.

Lee Carroll

With extensive experience in commercial construction, Lee oversees the company’s construction operations with an emphasis on client development and quality control as well as consistently monitoring project performance. Lee has been recognized as one of the “Top 40 Under 40” by the Birmingham Business Journal. Before completing one of the nation’s elite Building Science curriculums at Auburn University, Lee chose the construction industry as a career to expand on his passion for assembling teams of diverse individuals, to accomplish complex tasks that yield long lasting, visible results that can be utilized and appreciated by many generations. Following graduation and his work as a project manager with a top ENR commercial construction firm, Lee was the founding principal of a southeast based, construction and development corporation which eclipsed $30 million in annual sales in just 5 years.

Lee joined Hermosa Companies in 2007 and was instrumental in creating the firm’s full service construction division. In addition to his experience in construction, Lee has provided valuable leadership in the formation and advisory of several southeast based construction, development and investment corporations where his experience and expertise in executive administration have led to sustainable growth in a down economy. These companies continue to experience unique profitability in comparison to industry norms by focusing on creative solutions that match the client’s desires.

Craig Harris

Craig is an accomplished Executive Leader with more than 30 years of experience, focusing on superior management in commercial construction operations. Craig has overseen the successful construction of over $600 million in building projects. His Project Portfolio ranges from Federal Government projects with the Department of Defense, GSA, Department of Labor, and the Department of Treasury, to institutional, industrial, office buildings, parking decks and retail shopping centers. Craig joined Hermosa in 2009 and has been a valuable addition to our team, implementing overall project procedures, and providing guidance to our project managers, ensuring the highest level of delivery is attained in every project.

Steve Lebo, CPA

An accomplished CFO, Steve has over 25 of specialized financial experience in the construction industry, with emphasis in governmental, corporate and construction auditing. Prior to joining Hermosa, Steve served as Chief Financial Officer for the McCrory Building Co., in Birmingham, for nearly fifteen years. While at this position, Steve was in charge of all accounting functions and financial reporting, in addition to bringing his expertise to the estimating department’s bidding reports for specific larger projects. At Hermosa, Steve has had the opportunity to lead the financial department, overseeing all key financial tasks, from AC/AR, to the preparation of Quarterly Reports and Annual Budgets.

Steve T. Lebo, CPA | Chief Financial Officer

Jacquelyn R. Glover

Currently serving as the District of Columbia Division Manager for Hermosa Construction Group, Jacquelyn brings 15 years of experience in Construction Management and Development within dynamic global industries. Within those 15 years of experience, Jacquelyn spent the first five as a Project Manager with Motorola’s Semiconductor Division, in Tianjin, China and Phoenix, Arizona, overseeing the new construction and renovation of Manufacturing Facilities, Wafer Labs, Clean Rooms and Offices. The next seven years were spent in the Washington DC Metropolitan area, working as a Project Manager, with local construction giants, SIGAL and Turner, renovating federal and commercial offices, and constructing residential towers. Within the last three years, Jacquelyn worked with District of Columbia Government as a Construction Manager, in the Deputy Mayor’s Office of Planning & Economic Development, where she oversaw the construction of DC’s first waterfront park, community centers and residential housing projects. All these experiences have been instrumental in developing her skill set to ultimately join forces with Hermosa, and lead the company’s DC Division.

Jacquelyn holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Architectural Engineering from North Carolina A&T State University, and a Masters in Construction Engineering from the Catholic University of America. In addition, Jacquelyn is a Board Member of the Professional Women in Construction, DC Chapter; a Board Member of the African American Real Estate Professionals, DC Chapter, and an active member of the Construction Management Association of America and the District of Columbia Building Industry Association.

Kiesha SameeUd-Deen, LEED AP

Kiesha joined our DC team as a Senior Project Manager. She brings 15 years of construction management experience and a proven track record of successful team collaboration and project completions for private, institutional and government clients. Kiesha has collaborated as the Lead Project Manager on projects ranging from $12million to $220 million, including prominent projects, such as the Baltimore Ravens Stadium. She believes that a commitment to safety, sound construction practices, on time/on budget delivery and excellent quality control will result in a successful project and a satisfied repeat client.
Kiesha holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management Technology from the University of Maryland Eastern Shore, and is a LEED Accredited Professional by the Green Building Certification Institute. Kiesha is a Board Member and volunteer of Sarah’s Circle; a member of the National Association of Women in Construction, DC chapter, and an active member of the University of Maryland Alumni Association, Southern Maryland chapter.

Jason Herndon

Jason brings over 7 years of construction management experience to the Hermosa team. He displays a proven record of success overseeing all phases of construction projects specifically for government clients. Skilled in working with US Army Corps of Engineers, Air Force, US Fish and Wildlife, and US Navy Construction Projects, Jason solidifies our commitment to the Government sector. From design-build construction and scheduling to estimating and budgeting, Jason is prepared to successful manage all aspects of a project. He is an Auburn University graduate and holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration.

Jason Herndon | Project Manager

Matthew Cawthon

Matthew started at Hermosa soon after graduating from Auburn University, where he was awarded a Bachelors of Science in Building Science, Magna Cum Laude. Initially working as a superintendent, Matthew was soon promoted to project manager. He has been successful at simultaneously managing three of our Community Health Centers in Georgia - Wrightsville, Sandersville and Tennile. In addition, Matthew is quickly establishing a successful record in working with federal government agencies, he is currently working on some of our active projects with the US Department of the Interior (DOI) - Fish & Wildlife Service and the GSA, Southeast Sunbelt Region. He is a Certified Pervious Concrete Technician and holds a current 30 hour OSHA Certification. Matthew is a member of the Honor Society of Phi Kappa Phi, the Sigma Lamda Chi, the National Society of Collegiate Scholars, and the Golden Key Honor Society; and a past member of the AGC Builders Guild.

Michael Hendrickson

Michael has over 16 years of experience in the building industry as an estimator, project manager and owner. By focusing on the particular details and the owner’s requirements to assemble a complete and innovative outlook on the construction of a project, he insures all aspects of the project, from estimating and project management to project closeout is properly priced. Michael has successfully estimated and constructed a multitude of projects - from high-end residential to commercial and heavy civil - some in the excess of $16 million. Michael has extensive experience with the design-build process as a contractor, construction manager and an owner. He notes that the design-build process is quite different from the hard bid projects, since you have a great amount of interaction with the city officials, municipalities, city council meetings, zoning meetings, architects and engineers. Mike uses his expertise to help design and specify the most economical products and procedures in order to deliver proposed facility built within budget and schedule. He has been involved with over 40 different design-build projects and has been appointed as our Healthcare Pre-construction Specialist. Mike graduated from Auburn University, with a degree in Building Science and Business Administration.

James Ferguson

With 20 years of experience in the construction industry, James brings to the Hermosa team an adept knowledge in pre-construction. His estimating experience includes projects ranging from $500,000 for a local school district to $265 million laboratory building at CDC.  James has a successful record in leading projects from the conception period to the start of construction and methodically handing off the project to the project manager. He performs value analysis to ensure minimum project risk and pays close attention to details - guiding projects through the budget process while working closely with architects and owners to achieve effective and efficient results.  Knowing the subcontractor market is an important component to the success of any project, James believes that solidifying relationships with quality subcontractors and placing them on best suited projects is essential. James has a civil engineering degree from UAB and a master’s degree in construction management from Southern Polytechnic State University.

Beth Harris, CPSM

With 17 years of experience in the design and construction industry representing firms in the Southeast, Beth brings a proven track record in building client relationships and developing new business.  Her active involvement in a variety of professional associations and societies has helped her build a vast network of contacts and knowledge of the relevant markets and industry trends. 

Beth currently serves on the boards of the Society of American Military Engineers (SAME) Atlanta Post, the Construction Management Association of America (CMAA) South Atlantic Chapter, and is a past president of the Society for Marketing Professional Services (SMPS) Atlanta Chapter.  She is a graduate of East Carolina University, and recently earned the Certified Professional Services Marketer (CPSM) designation from SMPS.

Stephone Watson

Stephone is a Contracts Specialist with responsibility for federal business development. Among his functions are: identifying agencies’ demand for construction services and fostering relationships to respond to these requirements; assembling teams or joint ventures to respond to requirements; and writing compelling proposals to win federal business. Stephone holds a Masters Degree in European Science Technology and Society from Universiteit Maastricht, and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of the West Indies. He is also a the Project Manager Professional (PMP®) with the Project Management Institute.

GSA National Capital Region (11) :: Hermosa is currently working with The Whiting-Turner Contracting Company - the companies are leading this major LEED EB Renovation of the GSA headquarters building, which will be a model to follow for GSA and other federal agencies. The project is located at 1801 F Street, Washington DC.
