AcquisitionsHermosa remains committed to an active investment program for commercial properties across the country. We also offer an asset conversion program that allows our clients to free-up that capital and focus on the core mission of their business. We offer a variety of development and ownership approaches to satisfy the unique needs of our client base. We are involved in every stage of development including site selection, zoning, master planning, budgeting, financing, construction operations, space programming and tenant improvements.
Equity Ownership Conversions
Hermosa uses the EOC Model, also known as the Equity Ownership Conversions. Our program extends ownership to our tenants through a partnering approach. We generally create a partnership to acquire and own the facility, and structure a tenancy program whereby the ownership is allocated based on the total amount of square footage leased.
