Hermosa provided comprehensive program management and was selected to continue on the construction management services for this new medical office building. From the project’s inception through full scale implementation, work included an initial feasibility study to identify and select the appropriate site, concept and program origination, financial modeling, relationship matching with local hospital system and assistance with federal and state funding efforts. Project is currently slated to encompass a new 30,000 sf medical facility with cooperative space for the local hospital system as well as demolition and rework of some existing facilities.

This was a 5,000 square foot tenant build-out. The space was previously used for storage and maintenance. It was converted to the BRCHS’ management offices, conference room and Community Outreach Center.
