Hermosa was founded in 2001, as a boutique program management firm, with focus on Outpatient Medical Centers. Today, the firm has grown into a full service construction management and general contracting firm with a proven track record of success throughout the Southeast. Our vertical markets include Government, Healthcare and Commercial Construction.
In November 2009, Hermosa was certified as a Participant in the U.S. Small Business Administration's (SBA) 8(a) Business Development Program. By November 2010 (Y1 of program), the company had been awarded nine (9) Prime 8(a) Contracts. In addition to the the SBA 8(a) Certification, Hermosa holds various SDB/MBE Certifications throughout the Southeast with multiple state agencies.
We are currently directly working with various government agencies such as the DoI, GSA, National Park Service, USDA, U.S. Forest Service; Corps of Engineers, among others.
