Program management is the practice of construction management services provided to an owner that typically has multiple concurrent projects underway. Program management offers standardization of criteria and also provides consistency of controls, leveraged purchasing and economies of scale.
The program manager functions as an agent for the owner and establishes budgets, schedules, procedures and policies for a multi-project building program.
