As a self-performing General Contractor, Hermosa joins your project team near the conclusion of the design phase, providing owners a traditional design-bid-build structure. Our team performs GC assignments on both negotiated contract and bid basis.

Construction Management
As a Construction Manager, Hermosa is prepared to provide services as either an owner's agent, whereby the client holds all trade contracts; or on an "at-risk" basis, where we become responsible for guaranteeing performance. Whichever is right for your project, we join your team through negotiated contract or the typical bid process and leverage our diverse experience to add value to your project - achieving optimum cost, on-time schedule, and, most importantly, quality.

Design/Build
Hermosa has participated in a large number of highly successful design-build projects, acting as a single point of contact for the client during the design and construction phases. The design-build approach provides owners with an efficient way to interface with engineering, architectural, and construction team members early on, and facilitates an efficient, cost-effective parallel coordination structure.

Program Management

Program or project management is the practice of construction management services provided to an owner that typically has multiple concurrent projects underway. Program management offers standardization of criteria and also provides consistency of controls, leveraged purchasing and economies of scale.

The program manager functions as an agent for the owner and establishes budgets, schedules, procedures and policies for a multi-project building program. These services are applied to projects that may require early program consultation, designer selection guidance, relocation management, program budgets, infrastructure management, post-occupancy functional review and more. Our Program Management client base includes many
Community Health Centers and Private Healthcare Facilities, Public Sector, State, County and City Agencies/Authorities.

Special Projects Division

Independently of project size our clients' satisfaction is our top priority. Hermosa has completed projects of all sizes, but we realized clients with smaller projects could best be served by dedicating a special division of our company just to meet their unique needs. As a stand-alone division, our Special Projects Division concentrates on providing innovative solutions to clients’ unique construction challenges for projects that may be small in size but critical in nature. Hermosa’s Special Projects Division has managed projects varying in complexity from a 5,000 sq ft office renovation, or commercial green roof renovation to airport terminal renovation.

pre-construction and construction management services, including estimating, purchasing, scheduling, and cost management, as required throughout the project.
